At Integrated Combat & Fitness we have brought together two philosophies of martial
arts.  The modern, reality based training of CKM (Commando Krav Maga) and the
traditional, battle-tested art of Ninjutsu.  Both methods compliment each other to cover
all aspects of true self defense.

As a student at Integrated Combat & Fitness you will have the opportunity to learn the
following:

Self Awareness - See how you may respond if attacked.  Learn to be aware of your
surroundings and how to avoid potentially dangerous situations.

Self Confidence - Train to build strength, stamina, flexibility, and endurance.  You
can train to loose weight, build muscle, and enhance your core strength.

Self Control - Be able to respond under pressure and while fatigued.  Use
technique to strike, kick, and complete ground maneuvers.  Learn to control your
movements to ensure the safety of yourself and those around you.
